FAQs

At TPT, we prioritize the confidentiality of your personal information. We understand that sharing sensitive details about your mental health can be challenging, and we are committed to creating a safe and trusting environment.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a legal document that outlines the confidential nature of the information shared between you and your therapist. It ensures that your personal information will be kept private and protected from unauthorized disclosure.

By signing an NDA, you can rest assured that your therapist will:

  • Maintain confidentiality: Your therapist will not disclose any personal information about you without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
  • Protect your privacy: Your therapist will take reasonable measures to safeguard your personal information and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Adhere to ethical standards: Our therapists are bound by ethical codes of conduct that require them to maintain confidentiality and respect your privacy.

We believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is built on trust and transparency. By offering a non-disclosure agreement, we aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you can openly discuss your concerns without fear of judgment or breach of confidentiality.

If you have any questions or concerns about our non-disclosure agreement, please don’t hesitate to ask. We are here to provide you with the information and support you need to make informed decisions about your mental health care.

At TPT, we strive to provide the highest quality counseling services to our clients. While we are confident in the effectiveness of our services, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund may be necessary.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 days of the last counseling session. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Unsatisfactory Services: If you believe that the counseling services you received were not up to our standards, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We will investigate the matter and determine if a refund is appropriate.
  • Termination of Services: If you terminate counseling services for reasons beyond your control, such as a medical emergency or financial hardship, we may consider issuing a partial refund for unused sessions.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of a force majeure event, such as a natural disaster or pandemic, that prevents us from providing counseling services, we may offer a refund or reschedule missed sessions.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for:

  • Missed appointments: If you miss a scheduled appointment without providing sufficient notice, the missed session will be charged.
  • Unsatisfactory Results: While we strive to help our clients achieve their goals, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Refunds will not be issued based on the client’s dissatisfaction with the results of counseling.

If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are committed to providing fair and transparent policies for our clients
